Lauren Munoz

Lauren Munoz is an Academic Specialist in the Center for Integrative Studies. She advises both the Interdisciplinary Studies in Social Science and Global and International Studies majors, along with teaching SSC299, Integration of Social Science Perspectives, and coordinating diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging efforts for the Center. 

Lauren graduated from Oakland University in 2015 with her Bachelors of Integrative Studies where she focused on Biology and Chemistry. She went on to complete her Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership: Higher Education and Student Affairs at Western Michigan University in 2018. Directly after graduating from WMU, Lauren found her second home in the Center for Integrative Studies at MSU. She's currently working on her PhD in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education at MSU and looks forward to some day becoming a Spartan Alum!
